How quickly will I receive my order? Orders placed before 3pm are processed between 1 - 2 business days. 

Can I return my order of the fit is not correct? Absolutely! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your garments. 

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We are partnered with Australia Post and DHL Express for international shipping. 

Will I be charged for import duties and taxes on my order? For some countries there may be additional import duties and taxes that are required to be paid by the customer before receiving your package. You will be contacted by the shipping company should this be the case. 

Do you have any stockist? We are currently only available online and by appointment only at the Natasha Rose Design Headquarters, based in Sydney. If you would like to make an appointment to try on our designs you can contact us via the contact page, email or instagram and we will be more than happy to see you!
